Personally, I am rather angry that I was never told about the importance of stretching exercises in order to warm up the muscles before playing guitar. You would think at least the military school of music would have taught and emphasized them, but noooooooo!!!

Now I'm living with arm injuries that will most probably cause me pain for the rest of my life

There are other videos with different hand and arm stretching exercises. They feel great! Much needed indeed!!!

Also, when I was finally convinced that doing stomach exercises would not flatten my stomach I gave up on them and did special breathing exercises instead where I tighten my stomach muscles as though I am doing sit-ups. Great for the stomach, not great enough for my lower back. This led to painful lower back injuries. Lesson:

So, I strongly suggest you learn from my mistakes and really get into stretching least you end up with nagging pain as you grow older. I suggest you develop special exercises for your special injuries and make those areas stronger than the rest of your body.

I was at the gym and used the leg raises bench. I hadn't used it in a while. Boy, does my lower back ever feel a lot better!

A black guy used the front bars on the leg raises bench to slowly go up into a handstand push-up. Blew my mind! I said that one of these days I want to be able to do that. He said, "YOU WILL!" I responded saying I've been wanting to do that for years and he confidently replied, "YOU WILL!!"

I discovered the

Xtranormal online animation company

after watching an interesting video on YouTube

I began to play around with their online program

and created the opening video, of this post, that I call

ANDROIDS FROM URANUS

The dialogue just came to me I didn't plan it

I just kept asking myself,

"What should they say?"

Frankly, I was so busy learning the program that

I didn't give the dialogue much of any thought

The first thing that came to my fingers is what I wrote

As I stated, my chief concern was learning

how to use the program

Still, it's amazing to me that it came out this well

For a first effort

somehow I felt destined for this type of animation

My next video of the androids

was more sophisticated

Once again the dialogue came to me

while barely thinking of it

You'll notice that the end drags on

that was one of the glitches with the Xtranormal program

sometimes it would add a lot of space at the end

and you could not get rid of it

so I added silly sound effects to take up the space

Lately I've been wondering about the concept of “The Gift of Life”. I haven't heard of the concept for quite a while. I guess the world news reports have pretty much killed the concept of life being a “gift”.

However, what if life really is a precious gift. What would that mean? Would it mean only the good and wonderful we experience are a gift? Or would that mean ALL OF LIFE IS A GIFT; the good times, the bad times ALL OF LIFE!

Most have been programmed to feel the “good” comes from God and the “bad” comes from the devil Satan, and his minions. The Biblical book of Job teaches a much different view of reality. Job was absolutely certain both good and bad come from the Almighty God.

THE BIBLICAL BOOK OF JOB:

2:1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD. 2:2 And the LORD said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? MY COMMENT:

Eventually, God took FULL RESPONSIBILITY for EVERYTHING (((HE ALLOWED))) Satan to do to Job. What does that say about us? Should we use this story as a basis for believing everything happening to us is done by the same source of everything that happens?

In the Biblical book of Lamentations, purportedly written by the Biblical prophet Jeremiah, he states:

There are many more translations to choose from, but it stands to reason at least one translation won't stand for what this implies. Apparently, the scholars who translated this version know better

I am suddenly reminded of being in church when some guy was speaking and telling how he, and some others, were doing a 'letter by letter' study of the Bible. I'll never forget the pained look on his face as he said this.
