((( REMBRANDT NIGHT WATCH )))

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/28/The_Nightwatch_by_Rembrandt.jpg

When I did studies on Rembrandt

I was shocked to find that the people who originally commissioned

this magnificent painting known to the world as

The Night Watch

DIDN'T LIKE IT!!!!

It's amazing to consider that they didn't like it

and convinced enough people it wasn't good enough as to begin a downward spiral

of the artistic career of Rembrandt!

Apparently, many of the people refused to pay

their parts of the commission because their life-size faces

could not be clearly seen in the background

It boggles the mind to consider a timeless masterpiece

would be treated this way but,

It makes sense that those who could not clearly see themselves

would not want to pay their part of the commission

Still, the painting inspires me because...

To reach for producing truly, timeless masterpieces

in all that one does

whether appreciated by the masses or not

is indeed a most noble way to live

and a most excellent way to be fully prepared

for Death

((( THE QUANTUM JUMPING TECHNIQUE )))

I'm inspired to believe the overall technique

is to create, cultivate and sustain an image of myself

as the person I Intend to become

See it in my mind

Clarify the vision to the point

where I literally walk into the vision

and become the person of my dreams

This technique can very well be called:

Quantum Jumping

((( PIETRO ANTIONIO LOCATELLI )))

Locatelli is another one of my favorite composers

In this piece it's very easy to hear that he greatly admired

the great Baroque composer Arcangelo Corelli
