I've learned that the healing energy is alive
The best one can do is silence one's internal dialogue
and, essentially, get out of the way of the energy
You direct it even as people build canals to redirect water
To be a proper 'canal' for the healing energy of the Universe
Requires one put aside one's life up until that point
This is a time of inner-silence and positive peace
